Recipe for a New Year Get Happy

Clean them well, taking away all the bitterness, hatred and envy

Then cut each month into 28, 30 or 31
different parts, but do not get all
at once.
Prepare them bit by bit, aware of the ingredients.
Mix well into each day one amount of faith,
a portion of patience, a lot of courage
and a lot of work.
Add a piece of hope, loyalty, generosity
, meditation and good will.
Season the whole with a touch of spirituality,
fun, a bit of fun
and a cupful of good humor.
Pour it all into a bowl of love.
Cook, with joy,
and garnish with a smile. After serving
calm, detached and affectionately.
So you're bound to have many
