Recipe: Pineapple Mousse
Ingredients: 1 can of pineapple in syrup 1 packet gelatin pineapple, 1 can of condensed milk, 6 eggs
Preparation: Bring to the boil the pineapple syrup and gelatin, do not boil, but beat the egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, add the syrup, stirring slowly, beat the egg whites firm and well prepared to join, also add pineapple, stir gently until all is ever built, put in a bowl, lead to the fridge to get well solidified.
