Recipe: Custard

Ingredients: 1 liter milk 150 gr sugar, 60 grams of flour, 1 lemon peel, a cinnamon stick, 3 egg yolks.

Preparation: Place the milk to boil with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick, stir the sugar with the flour and add gradually to the hot milk, boil for few minutes stirring constantly until it is less liquid with a consistency, add a few tablespoons of cream stirred egg yolks and then add the cream slowly stirring, remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peel and place in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon and burn with a hot iron.
