Recipe: Codfish Cakes

Ingredients: 250 gr of codfish, 200 g of potatoes; half large onion, 1 tablespoon. (Soup) of chopped parsley, 1 cup of port wine, 4 eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.; Oil for frying

Preparation: Boil the potatoes, peel and puree, baked cod, drain and clean of fur and bones, rub well in a clean cloth and thick, until completely broken into yarn in a bowl mix together the mashed potato, cod, onion and parsley finely chopped, Port wine, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, incorporate the eggs one by one, linking closely to the mass it presents a good consistency, shape the cookies with the help of two tablespoons, and fry in abundant oil and hot.
